Simply choose a menu to suit all your guests, order with us, then sit back until it's ready for you to collect, or for us to deliver.

The Canapes
A selection of canapes for you to just add the twiddly bits...

To Start
Fig in the Middle - plump figs, stuffed with cheese and wrapped in Parma ham
Grizedale Game Terrine - served with pickled Lyth Valley damsons
All Wrapped Up - fresh Scottish smoked salmon, wrapped around a delicious smoked trout mousse, served with a fresh dill sauce
Roasted Pear and Goat’s Cheese Salad (v) - can be served warm or cold on a bed of mixed leaves with a walnut dressing

The Main Course

Traditional Turkey Breast - stuffed with a combination of chestnut and prunes
Beef Wellington - finest fellbred fillet of beef, topped with a delicious mushroom duxelle, wrapped in crisp puff pastry and served with a red wine jus (individual ones or a whole fillet for larger parties)
Mushroom & Chestnut Wellington (v) - wild mushrooms cooked with chestnuts, herbs and almonds wrapped in puff pastry

The Trimmings
Sausages · Bacon Rolls · Mulled Wine Gravy · Cranberry Sauce · Rich Bread Sauce

The Vegetables
Brussel Sprouts with Roasted Almonds · Creamed Carrot and Parsnip · Caramelised Red Cabbage · Roast Potatoes... to name but a few

with our inimitable Cumberland rum butter

Liberally laced with a butterscotch sauce and Jersey cream.
